This place is immaculate. Super clean and organized, even the bathrooms were top notch. I used the diaper changing station to change my child's diaper and they even had a diaper genie. Thank you! They also had a complimentary mouthwash station, hand lotion, tissues, and a special doorknob so that you can open the door hands free. I'm so impressed that I had to write a review. Play place and high chairs are also immaculate. I was told by a woman cleaning that they get sterilized 4x a week. Awesome.

This newly added CFA is a welcomed sight in Severna Park. Service is friendly and fast. Food is on par to other restaurants, though I did find a slight improvement over the Pasadena locations flavors and heat level on their spicy sandwich. 4 stars - parking is slightly limited, however, this location frequently has the dual lane drive-thru open which makes getting in and out easy.

When I ever play King's Cup again and someone says, "Never have I ever had food brought to me at a fast food joint," I will surely have to put one finger down. Yes, there is a remote to zero chance of that ever happening. If someone does say that when a Jack (or 10?) is drawn, I may begin to question a lot about myself. However, that was indicative of my experience at this chick fil and it was a pleasant start to my Saturday morning. I am already a fan of their chicken biscuit sandwiches. And I don't feel the need to ever rate any fast food joint because they already carry their own reputation, but I just felt the need to share that the manager personally brought my food to me after I ordered it. This is Yelp, after all - we share things.

This parking/ drive through is slightly ridiculous. But other than that it is a decent place. The staff is friendly like most other Chick-Fil-A's I've been to. And,like most other Chick-Fil-A's its always smarter to go inside than to have to battle with other drivers in the parking lot. It has two ordering screens outside but the lanes merge into one which makes for seemingly flustered staff if the person taking your order forgot to ask you for a name for your order. But, that wont stop me from fixing my cravings when they strike.

Worst Chick fil A I have been to.The last 4 times I have had nothing but problems.Final time for me as the deluxe chicken sandwich was thrown together, the cheese was half off the sandwich and stuck to the side of the box, lemonade was warm and they got the diet and regular mixed up.Called restaurant to complain, asked to speak with store Mgr.preferably the owner Chris Schenck got run around and attitude by an assistant mgr, kid and they did nothing.Terrible managers with attitudes and to top it off the previous time they mixed up my order they grabbed my bag after I was leaving the store, rifled thru it to find the wrong orders and the girl Amber pulled out all my condiments and grabbed the napkins I had in the bag and yelled you think you got enough napkins!!! This had 6 seperate orders over 30.00 and that's the crap you have to put up with. Because this Chick fil A is only 5 min from my work and I only get a 30 min break I would never frequent this Severna Park, Md store ever again. You lost my business as I will go to some other place, as I love CFA.

Place is pretty nice its always clean from my experiences everybody is friendly. They're usually always a few people either in line or drive thru so they stay pretty steady. But overall they are pretty quick with their service

This Chick-fil-a restaurant is great- the drive through service anyway. Brittany was very courteous and helpful. Our meal came out piping hot and delicious. Even the guy that served us was friendly and courteous. Please keep up the good work guys. I love appreciating good food and service.

Growing up just down the road, I have seen many fast food restaurants occupy this lot. When I heard CFA was moving in I was very excited, even though I now live 3,000 miles further away from it. Given my excitement, I had to check it out during my recent stay in 21146 and overall I was pleased with the results. I will say the parking lot was a bit crazy given the double-wide drive through line but as the excitement dies down and patrons become more familiar with the traffic pattern I think some of the congestion/craziness will subside. Given the drive-thru line was wrapped around three sides of the building I decided to skip it and go inside. I braced myself for the crowds and had a little pep talk with myself about being patient. However, much to my surprise, three minutes later I was out the door sippin' on my diet coke and ready to sneak a waffle fry back in the comfort of my borrowed car. The quality of the food was consistent with other CFA locations and the super speedy service inside was impressive. Overall, a great addition to Severna Park.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK FIL A!!!! GO UP THE ROAD TO THE PASADENA LOCATION!!! If you want your food correctly made without an attitude I highly suggest you go to a different location. This location is never correct, its a given you have to check, and double check that your food is right. Today was the last straw for going here, I get in the long drive thru line for breakfast, I order my food, pay for it and then I am told to pull up its gonna be a few minutes..so I do, then a worker shows up and asks if I really need my chicken on a biscuit and not a bun, UMMM YES! Thats why I came here for BREAKFAST! So then I am told its going to be a little longer so they can make more biscuits. I wait....then another worker comes out and tells me the kitchen will not make any more biscuits it is no longer breakfast hours. WELL IT WAS WHEN I GOT HERE 30 MIN AGO!!! So then he tells me to either go through the drive thru again to get my money back (are you kidding me!) or come inside and speak to a manager. So I did, and all she has to say for herself is I'm sorry we're really busy. Thats not an excuse, I am a customer, I ordered my food and you are now telling me you don't feel like completing that order? Thats ridiculous. This Chick-Fil-A has lost a customer!

Drive through???? Well . . . eventually you may get your order . . . not correct but, you may get something. The drive through operation is a freaking disaster. I tried to place an order for 2 sandwiches. I was asked whether I wanted "cheese". I said no. Loonnnggg pause. I say "HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOO", They repeat back the wrong items. Once again, I order my 2 sandwiches. They ask my name (why do they need your name for drive through order??). They tell me 32 cents. I KNOW you cannot get 2 sandwiches for 32 cents. I pull up to the window. I repeat my order (VERY COMPLEX: 1 regular chick fil a sandwich, 1 DELUXE (this is what may have thrown them) Spice (uh oh . . .) Chick Fil A sandwich. A bozo w/ a badge steps in, apologizes, takes the order again, I pay for it, and lo and behold, the order is wrong. What is the problem (I read the other similar reviews) with this operation. If you cannot operate a drive through, then close it down and stop going through the annoying gestures. Pass this one by . . .
